PRICES

All our products are offered at the price applicable at the time the order is placed. All prices on Chocolate.be are given in EURO and are shown at the current rate inclusive of sales tax (VAT) but exclusive of delivery costs. PAYMENT

Your payment shall be made in full and in advance at the time the order is placed. Payment can be accepted by credit card transaction. Orders can only be accepted once the payment of the total price of the goods has been received by Chocolate.be. Chocolate.be will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address provided by you in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

DELIVERY

Chocolate.be will deliver the ordered product to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form. If the order is delivered to a wrong address due to the wrong address information submitted buy the buyer in the order form, Chocolate.be is not responsible. Chocolate.be is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at their expense. Chocolate.be shall not be, in any case, liable for any delay in delivering the products. In case Chocolate.be is not able to deliver the ordered product, due to unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered products, Chocolate.be shall inform the Buyer by e-mail, as soon as possible. In this case Chocolate.be undertakes to refund to the Buyer the price. Please take a look at the delivery page to obtain more information on the delivery possibilities and costs. The exact shipping price will be indicated in the shopping basket the moment the order is made. All product returns must be the subject of a written agreement between Chocolate.be and the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Belgian Law applies to the agreement. The courts in Bruges (Belgium) have jurisdiction to rule on any disputes.
